We are looking for a BI / Data consultant who understands data as the basis for decision-making, automation and AI. The work includes the design and development of BI solutions and data architecture with an overlap into the modern data stack and AI usage. Projects have a real impact in areas such as logistics, manufacturing, retail or supply chain, with the goal not only of reporting, but also of preparing data for advanced analytics, predictions and AI assistants.

• Design and development of BI and data architecture for internal and customer projects
• Preparation of data base for AI initiatives (AI assistants, predictive models, advanced analytics)
• Work with modern data stack (Data Lake / Lakehouse, Microsoft Fabric)
• Creation and management of data models and pipeline
• Ensuring quality, structure and description of data for use by humans and AI
• Integrating AI tools (e.g. Copilot, SQL/Python generation) into daily work
• Collaboration with analysts, consultants and business stakeholders
• End-to-end delivery – from environment analysis to architecture design to deployment and cost estimation
