• Analysis & Specification: Communication with clients, analysis of business requirements and their translation into functional specifications
• Process Design: Design and modeling of processes, data flows and application architecture at a high level
• Bridge Role: Key contact person between client and development - managing collection requirements, prioritization and feedback
• Coordination: Synchronization of communication across stakeholders (clients, developers, architects, testers)
• AI Augmented Analysis: Active use of AI tools to streamline your own analytical work and accelerate outputs

• Experience in IT business analysis (requirements, specifications, modeling)
• Knowledge of data modeling, UML and process flows
• Great communication skills for interaction with clients and technology
• Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
• AI as a natural part of your workflow
