We are looking for an experienced IT / Business Analyst to join a team involved in the long-term transformation of core banking systems in a large financial institution. The project focuses on the modernization and development of key banking systems in the area of account management and related services.

• analysis of business and IT requirements within the framework of core banking systems transformation
• collaboration with architects, development teams and other stakeholders across the organization
• translation of business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• analysis of the impact of changes on existing bank systems
• modeling of processes and system relationships
• creation of analytical documentation and tasks for development teams
• support of implementation teams in the implementation of solutions

• experience in the position of IT analyst, business analyst or combined role
• experience with the analysis of complex IT systems
• ability to communicate between business and IT teams
• experience with modeling methodologies and tools
• knowledge of UML, BPMN or similar modeling tools
• experience with Enterprise Architect tools an advantage
• experience with banking systems or core banking platforms an advantage
