We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to manage the Visibility, Control and Rapid Response project within IT Infrastructure. The role combines delivery management, stakeholder management, process building and technical-analytical involvement. This is not a purely coordination position - a hands-on approach and the ability to validate technical and process outputs of internal and external teams are expected.

• End-to-end project management (scope, time, budget, risks, dependencies)
• Creation of plans, roadmap and management through governance phases
• Ensuring quality and readiness of outputs for operation
• Coordination and validation of outputs of internal teams and suppliers
• Building and improving delivery, governance and BAU processes
• Technical and business analysis, review of artifacts and identification of deficiencies
• Data validation (format, structure, quality), incident resolution (e.g. CMDB, integration)
• Stakeholder management, reporting, change management and facilitation of workshops
• Compliance with standards, contributing to improving governance and KPI

• University education in IT / technical field or relevant experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT project / delivery management
• Experience with complex IT projects and multiple stakeholders
• Combination of PM skills and technical / analytical understanding
• Knowledge of agile and classic methodologies, certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum…)
• Knowledge of SDLC, governance and working with supplier deliverables
• Ability to work in ambiguity, strong stakeholder management
• Proactivity, ownership, hands-on approach
• Excellent English
