We are looking for an experienced backend developer who wants to participate in the development of modern applications in an environment combining enterprise stability with the latest technologies. The project is built primarily on the Java ecosystem (Spring Boot, REST API), but the technology stack also includes React and Python, so the work will not be limited to backend development. You will work in a hybrid environment combining on-premise infrastructure and cloud services. Development includes working with containers, automated deployment pipelines and serverless technologies. The project also intensively uses an AI-first approach to development AI tools are not just an experiment, but a natural part of everyday work and development workflow. The position offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to influence not only the development itself, but also the technological direction, architecture and the way the team works.

• Develop and extend backend applications in Java/Spring Boot environment
• Design and implement REST APIs for internal and external services
• Participate in development in a hybrid environment combining on-premise infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Work with Docker containers, cloud services and serverless approach
• Actively use AI tools in development – GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI LLM, RAG or MCP will be a common part of your workflow
• Design, optimize and automate development pipeline and CI/CD processes
• Collaborate on architectural decisions and technological direction of the project
• Bring new ideas and improvements to development processes and technical solutions

• Commercial experience with Java development
• Knowledge of Spring Boot framework and REST API design
• Basic orientation in backend application design and architecture
• Practical experience with Docker and containerization
• Orientation in AWS or other cloud environment
• Practical experience with AI tools in development workflow:
