• Converting business requirements into detailed structured user stories for backend and frontend development
• Decomposing complex requirements, clarifying data flows, API and system behavior
• Responsibility for the technical part of the backlog, its clarity and prioritization for a smooth sprint process
• International delivery: Close cooperation with developers, architects and stakeholders across European branches

• Practical experience with software development (ideally ex-developer)
• Perfect knowledge of data structures, JSON and working with data types
• Experience with REST API and system integration principles
• Ability to write clear and technically accurate user stories
• Excellent Czech/Slovak and English for daily communication
