We are looking for a new team member to join our stable team of analysts, developers, and managers. The project focuses on the management of key branch systems. We are seeking a colleague who will help us ensure high-quality delivery from an analysis perspective.

• Act as the primary link between business and IT. The role includes gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing detailed requirements, designing solution architecture for specific projects, and estimating effort and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, monitor their objectives, and manage the activity roadmap with regard to time, scope, and resource dependencies.
• Contribute to IT strategy development, future application planning, technology trend monitoring (AI, innovation, best practices), and their practical implementation.
• Provide consultation and support during subsequent phases of detailed analysis, development, design, and testing.

• At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT implementation projects
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architect (EA) – mandatory
• Strong analytical thinking and practical knowledge of UML
• Experience with both agile and waterfall delivery approaches (SAFe framework is a plus)
• Excellent Czech language skills and very good English proficiency
• Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills
