We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with extensive experience, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector. This role will be responsible for an infrastructure project within the energy sector. The successful candidate will join our experienced team and lead the project implementation effectively. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience managing IT projects using agile methodologies, with a strong focus on planning and project delivery.

• Creating roadmaps and detailed delivery plans
• Initiating projects and managing them through individual phases
• Coordinating and delivering projects on time, within budget and scope, ensuring full lifecycle management
• Motivating the team and fostering a positive atmosphere
• Engaging in intercultural communication and adapting to different work styles
• Developing and managing project communication plans
• Defining and tracking project success criteria
• Reporting project status to sponsors, the steering committee, and stakeholders
• Managing changes, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensuring project compliance with internal standards and processes
• Planning and leading meetings and workshops
• Occasional travel to Switzerland as part of project requirements

• University degree in engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management
• Proven experience in leading IT infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of financial project management (business case, forecasting, controlling)
• Project management certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and tools, as well as the software development lifecycle
• Experience with software selection (RFP process, solution evaluation, procurement collaboration) is an advantage
• Experience in the energy sector or trading is an advantage
• Experience with BCM, DR, IT risk and control management, governance, and security projects is an advantage
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of German or French is an advantage
