The project focuses on the development of modern applications using generative artificial intelligence and large language models in a production environment. It includes the design of the AI solution architecture, their integration into backend and frontend systems, and optimization of performance and scaling. The development takes place in a small agile team with an emphasis on best practices (testing, CI/CD, code review) and practical use of AI for real business scenarios. The work also includes working with prompts and debugging models, creating chatbots or assistants, and implementing APIs and cloud services so that the AI solution works reliably and long-term in production.

• Delivery management: Complete project management in the field of AI, ML and data analytics (from PoC to production deployment).
• Stakeholder management: Main contact person for clients (often C-level) and internal teams of developers and data scientists.
• Planning and Finance: Creating schedules, estimates, monitoring deadlines and budgets (including documents for grant projects).
• Coordination node: For projects involving multiple companies/consortia, you will be the one holding the helm and ensuring that everyone delivers what they have.

• At least 2 years of experience in IT project management.
• Solid technical overview (so that developers don't get you drunk).
• Experience with agile and waterfall approaches and tools like Jira/Confluence.
• Excellent Czech and English (communication with global clients).
