Project description

During the development of tools for the AlzaExpress project, we participated in several functionalities. From the tool for route planning, where we reviewed existing tools for planning logistics routes and detailed analysis of the selected tool, including API analysis as part of deployment to the internal system. Furthermore, the design of automation of processes within the framework of software solutions. The design of the system connection to the console.

We have been developing georeferencing, i.e. assigning coordinates to address points, thereby ensuring the exact location of the address for package delivery. We worked to improve the appliance assembly service offered in order to improve the customer experience and automate processes. We adjusted the process of re-sorting and tracking the shipment from the warehouse. Development also took place on tracking the courier in the customer application, where the goal was to enable location tracking in the customer application and on the website from the courier application.

Other functionalities, a tool for drawing a polygon on the map and extracting zip codes, enabling graphic management of zip code circles in which delivery services are offered. The display takes place in the form of a polygon on the map. Individual circuits have different properties and designations such as depot, type, delivery, etc.

We also participated in the call card CRM module, which provides a backup record of the customer's request.
