We have flexi working policy - you can work from Anywhere! We are Devcity, a team of young enthusiasts from the IT world. We keep pace with the newest trends and technologies. We like to both play with our own products and help our customers mostly in e-commerce with their key projects. We are currently looking for a experienced security manager who has already built a few projects and knows what it takes to deploy and run them in a production environment. Working agile is our standard. We are not newbies at this, we have been doing it for a long time and we know how to do it. You can find our central hub in Prague and in Brno, but you can work from anywhere and help us to create more hubs, both in the Czech Republic and around the world.

Odpovědnosti

Execution of infrastructure projects which form part of the IT security strategy and roadmap ensuring security controls by design.
In collaboration with Alpiq’s InfoSec team, enforce secure configuration of new and existing assets, design and implement mitigating controls as required.
Responsible for maintaining, running, and monitoring IT infrastructure-related security systems and processes.
Drive security culture within the IT Infrastructure team and ensure all Infrastructure run activities and projects are undertaken with security best practices in mind.
Support IT Infrastructure Security services and identify areas for potential improvements.
Define and propose to the InfoSec team effective vulnerability remediation measures on both procedural and technology layers (e.g. system hardening, patching, lifecycle management)
Lead and report the overall execution of vulnerability remediation actions and plans
Make recommendations for appropriate innovative technologies within the IT infrastructure.
Enforce execution of approved Security policies and procedures within the IT Infrastructure team.
Responsible for Incident Response related to security issues in IT infrastructure
Maintain up-to-date documentation of security configurations, and procedures for all IT Infrastructure systems.
In collaboration with InfoSec and other Alpiq teams, develop and maintain plans to ensure that critical infrastructure and systems can be recovered in the event of a disaster or major security incident.
With cooperation with the InfoSec team, continuously assess and enhance the security posture of the IT infrastructure and adapt to evolving threats and technologies.
Perform periodic reviews of the infrastructure based on Security policies and procedures in the IT Infrastructure team and report results to the InfoSec team.

Kvalifikace

Motivation to own, manage and deploy Infrastructure Security solutions
Have at least 5 years of relevant Infrastructure Security experience
Hands-on experience working with security products such as SIEM, Application Security Management, Sensitive Data Scanners, Security Management
Experience to manage Security cross-functional Projects
Experience with AWS and Active Directory is must
Experience troubleshooting complex issues
Experience with Monitoring and Audits
Experience working and manage external partners
Have a good knowledge of encryption and tunneling protocols (PKI, IPSec, SSL VPN, TLS, IKE etc)
