A project focused on the development and implementation of a new key application as part of an ongoing technological transformation. It includes migration from an existing solution and coordination of multiple parallel development teams in an agile environment.

• managing end-to-end delivery of a new application
• coordinating the transition from an existing system to a new solution (transformation / migration)
• managing dependencies and priorities across teams (user stories, backlogs)
• coordinating approx. 5 development squads (FE/BE)
• collaborating with approx. 10 Business/IT analysts
• communicating with business and IT stakeholders
• managing roadmaps, milestones and delivery
• facilitating consensus in a non-directive management environment

• experience managing larger IT projects (application development / system transformation)
• very good knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and tools like Jira
• experience coordinating multiple teams in parallel (ideally squads)
• ability to manage dependencies and prioritization across teams
• experience communicating with business and IT stakeholders
• strong communication and organizational skills
• ability to function in a consensual environment
• Czech and English at a communicative level (English is used more often)
