We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to take on the role of technical supervisor and be responsible for infrastructure management and development. This is not a formal management position it is a combination of a senior administrator and a leader of a small team. The candidate must be able to manage approximately 5 people, set priorities, and maintain a professional and fair team atmosphere.

• Technical work on infrastructure (approx. 50% of time)
• Windows Server
• VMware ESX
• Security baseline and infrastructure
• Database servers administration and optimization
• Internal client support and IS development‍
• Leading a small team (approx. 50% of time)
• Coordination of work and priorities
• Technical supervision, mentoring, support
• Cooperation on infrastructure and security projects
• Close communication with internal teams within the group

• Secondary/University education in IT
• Strong experience in IT infrastructure management
• Knowledge of Windows Server, VMware, backup and security technologies
• Experience in leading a small team or technical mentoring
• English at a communicative level (documentation, occasional communication)
• Ability to lead a team naturally, without unnecessary hierarchy
